Set a notification which will be displayed to the sender if they send a message outside your working hours.

This feature allows the sender to remove recipients from the report recipients list.

You can set up a unique access code with which the whistleblower signs into your organisation's reporting form.

During your communication with a whistleblower it is possible to hide your name and appear anonymous.

Used for internal communication between team members. Team members can add comments and attachments to reports which are visible to other team members who can respond to them.

A record of all activities (internal comments, responses) can be displayed for each report.

You can assign individual reports a priority rating and proceed accordingly. 

You can set a time limit for responding and processing the report. Three days before the due date, you will receive a notification alerting you to the approaching due date.

Remove confidential content or information that could lead to the identification of an individual.

Specify a period after which reports can be deleted (for example, after 1 year).
